The Human Utility is merely facilitating matching families and individuals with willing donors for water bill assistance. We hold no liability to either party in the event of error or misuse.

For legal reasons, you (Donor) understands and agrees that all donations are ultimately used at the discretion of Charity (The Human Utility), subject of course, to use restrictions for water use, and, that we will give monies to individuals that fit the profile of the charitable recipient we serve and we cannot guarantee monies will be earmarked for any particular individual as this is unlawful.

The Human Utility does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and termination of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services.
